Supplier Performance BI Dashboard
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need an interactive Power BI dashboard tailored to a manufacturing environment that spotlights supplier performance across our entire supply-chain. The core objective is to transform raw purchase-order and receiving data into clear, drill-down insights that help my team see which partners are consistently meeting our standards and where delays or quality slips are hurting throughput.
Data & scope
• I will supply historical and live extracts from our ERP (PO lines, ASN timestamps, GRN records, defect logs and basic vendor master details).
• You will design the data model, write the DAX measures and build a user-friendly report layer that lets us filter by plant, commodity group, vendor and date range.
Visuals I expect to see
• Overall supplier scorecards with traffic-light status.
• Trend charts showing on-time delivery vs. promise dates.
• Breakdown of quantity variances and rejection rates.
If you have additional ideas that would sharpen the story, feel free to propose them during development.
Technical notes
The solution must run entirely in Power BI Service so managers can view it online or via the mobile app without needing a Pro license. Please keep refresh logic efficient; gateway setup will be handled on our side once you provide connection specs.
Acceptance criteria
– Clean, documented PBIX file with reusable data model.
– At least three interactive pages covering the visuals outlined above.
– Slicer panel for plant, vendor, commodity and calendar period.
– All measures return results in under three seconds against our sample dataset.
– A short hand-off video or live call walking me through maintenance tasks (refresh, adding a new vendor, etc.).
