Stunning Power BI RCM Dashboard

I have a set of Excel spreadsheets that cover our entire revenue cycle, from patient registration through final payment. I need those files transformed into a single, beautifully Power BI dashboard that highlights critical metrics in real time: revenue cycle time, claim rejection rates, and payment turnaround time.
Design matters as much as accuracy—the layout must instantly communicate high-level performance to executives while still allowing financial analysts and operational managers to drill down into underlying details. Think clean navigation, intuitive slicers, and colour cues that make outliers pop.
You will be free to shape the data model in Power Query, build DAX measures, and apply any best-practice visual themes that keep performance snappy. The final deliverable is a .pbix file connected to the cleaned data, packaged with any custom visuals or theme files you use and ready for scheduled refresh in the Power BI Service.

• All metrics calculated correctly from the raw Excel sources
• Separate summary view for executives with one-click drill-through to analyst and manager level detail
• No hard-coded paths—data sources must be parameterised for easy refresh
