SharePoint Repository with Branded UX
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to spin up a modern, central document repository inside our SharePoint Online tenant and need an expert to handle the design and configuration work.
Scope
The repository will hold all of our corporate folders, so the layout must scale smoothly and remain easy to navigate for every employee. I’ll take care of permission trimming on my side; you focus on the build.
Design vision
• Custom themes and branding that match our corporate palette and logo
• Interactive dashboards (Power BI or SharePoint web parts) to surface stats such as recent uploads and most-viewed files
• Streamlined, user-friendly navigation—think mega-menus, breadcrumbs, or quick links that get users to content in two clicks or less
Deliverables
• Branded SharePoint site template (.sppkg, .pnp, or equivalent) with theme applied
• Document library structure plus metadata and content types ready for “Corporate Folders” content
• Interactive dashboard page(s) wired to live or placeholder data
• Implemented navigation scheme with supporting documentation
• A brief hand-off guide or 10-minute walkthrough video showing my team how to apply and maintain the solution
If you work comfortably with SharePoint Online, SPFx, PnP PowerShell, and the modern UI, let me know your turnaround time and any up-front details you’ll need from me. Screenshot may have some changes and envision another row of folders
