Salesforce to Power BI Reporting

Job ID: 40206947

Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP

I want a clean, automated bridge between our Salesforce org and Power BI so I can see the story behind our numbers at a glance. The job starts with pulling three data groups—sales figures, customer records, and performance metrics—directly from Salesforce. Those sets feed a single data model in Power BI that refreshes on a schedule I can control.

From that model I need three visual workspaces: a sales performance view that tracks revenue against targets, a customer-demographics snapshot that breaks down who is buying, and an employee-performance view that compares reps by key KPIs. On top of the dashboards I also need competitive leaderboards: one that ranks reps by sales volume and another that highlights overall employee performance. Each board should update automatically, display top performers, and offer slicers so managers can filter by time period or region without extra clicks.

Deliverables
• Secure, documented Salesforce–Power BI connection with scheduled refresh
• Unified data model covering sales data, customer data, and performance metrics
• Three interactive report pages (sales, customer demographics, employee performance)
• Two dynamic leaderboards: by sales volume and by employee performance
• Short hand-off video or call showing how to adjust filters and refresh settings

The solution has to be built entirely in Power BI (desktop + service) with DAX measures that keep calculations fast. Everything must be ready for me to publish to our existing Power BI workspace and share with leadership.
