Sales Power BI Dashboard Creation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an interactive Power BI dashboard that gives me an at-a-glance view of our sales and revenue performance. The core focus is Sales and revenue analysis, so the visuals must immediately answer three questions for my team:
• How much have we sold today? (Daily sales figures)
• How are we trending month over month? (Monthly sales trends)
• Which items are driving the bulk of revenue? (Top-selling products)
All source data lives in regularly updated Excel/CSV files stored locally and in OneDrive. I want the report to refresh automatically when those files are updated, with clear indicators if a refresh fails.
Deliverables
1. A .pbix file containing the finished model, clean data transformations in Power Query, and well-labeled DAX measures.
2. A published workspace report (or step-by-step notes) so my team can view it in the Power BI Service.
3. Brief hand-off video or document showing how to add new products or months of data without breaking visuals.
Acceptance criteria
• Daily, monthly, and top-product cards or visuals update correctly from the Excel/CSV source.
• Slicers for date range and product category perform without lag on ~100k rows.
• No hard-coded file paths—use parameters so we can repoint to new folders when needed.
If you have experience optimizing refresh times and writing clear, reusable DAX for sales KPIs, I would love to see a sample.
