I want to turn one Excel workbook of sales data into a clear, interactive Power BI dashboard focused on sales performance. The dashboard must spotlight three key metrics—total revenue, sales by region, and monthly growth rate—using a mix of bar charts, line graphs, and a pie chart where it adds value.

Here’s the scope:
