Sales Analytics Power BI Dashboard

I’m working with several years of sales transactions stored in Excel and need a data expert to turn that raw information into clear, actionable insight. Your first task will be to clean and transform the spreadsheets—standardise formats, handle missing values, and prepare a trustworthy dataset that can be refreshed easily in the future.

Once the data is reliable, I want you to explore it and surface what really moves the needle for the business. I’m particularly interested in revenue growth over time, how discounts affect margins, and how different customer segments behave. Please dig into category, brand, and regional performance as part of this analysis and translate numbers into plain-language recommendations I can share with the leadership team.

The story then has to come alive in Power BI. The finished dashboard should feature the requested bar charts, line graphs, and pie charts, all tied together with intuitive slicers and drill-down paths so users can move from a high-level snapshot to granular transaction details in a click. Visual consistency, thoughtful colour choices, and clear labelling are essential.
