SQL-Based Power BI Dashboard

I have a live SQL database that holds all of our raw data, and I want it transformed into a polished, interactive Power BI dashboard. The core tasks are connecting Power BI securely to the SQL source, shaping the data (cleaning, modeling, and creating the necessary relationships), and then designing visuals that surface the most relevant insights for our leadership team.

While I’ll define the exact KPIs with you once we look at the tables together, the dashboard must let users filter by date, region, and product line, update automatically on refresh, and remain performant even as the dataset grows.

Deliverables:
• A fully functional .pbix file with automated SQL connections
• A clear data model diagram so future team members can follow your logic
• Basic deployment notes (gateway setup, refresh schedule, role-level security)

Acceptance criteria: the report refreshes without errors directly from the SQL source, renders each visual in under three seconds on typical desktop hardware, and is free of hard-coded file paths or credentials.
