Resolve Paginated Table Breaks

I have a Power BI Paginated Report (built in Report Builder and connected to a Power BI Dataset) that is misbehaving: the main table keeps breaking across pages, generating far more pages than it should. The breaks always appear at the same sections, so row integrity is lost and the report is hard to read in both the viewer and exported PDFs.

Here is what I need from you:

• Pin-point why the table is spilling onto extra pages and breaking at those specific sections.
• Apply the right KeepTogether, RepeatOnNewPage, page size or interactive size settings—or whatever proves necessary—so each row stays intact, headers repeat correctly, and the overall page count makes sense.
• Optimise any related DAX or dataset queries if they contribute to the problem.
• Share concise best-practice notes so I can avoid this issue on future paginated designs.

Acceptance criteria
– The fixed report renders with no mid-row page breaks in the online view.
– PDF and Excel exports mirror the on-screen pagination, with header rows repeating where expected.
– Any performance impact remains neutral or improved.
