Refine Power BI Dashboard

I already have a working Power BI prototype and the underlying data model is in place. What I need now is an expert touch to move it from “good” to “production-ready.”

The focus is a daily utility operations dashboard, so the measures must be fast and the visuals crystal-clear at a glance. Concretely, you will:

• Build or optimise DAX measures that surface the key operational indicators I follow each day (e.g. usage totals, variance to forecast, rolling averages, day-over-day change).
• Polish the visual layer—Bar charts, Pie charts, Line graphs, a Calendar chart, KPI cards, and KPI difference tiles are already sketched in, but colours, tooltips, and conditional formatting still need refining so the story pops.
• Ensure the report follows a clean theme, consistent typography, and responsive layout for both desktop and web view.

I will supply the current .pbix, sample data, and a list of metrics. Once finished, you hand back the updated .pbix plus any notes on assumptions, DAX logic, and theme settings so I can maintain it myself.
