Rearrange existing PBI Dashboard Columns and create more columns based on calculated figures.

Rearrange Columns (12 columns) of an existing PBI Dashboard. As of now, they're arranged alphabetically, but we would like them in a specific order. Create 4 more columns that show calculated values.
The budget for this project is USD 50.- because of it's simplicity. It is a test (communication skills, structured work, technical expertise, power BI Reporting Server expertise) to find a long-term partner.
The following tests will be done, simple updating a test power BI server, Report Publishing, Authorization, Report Scheduling). If you pass all these tests, we can talk about a 1-3 day/week task for the next 2 months which includes installation and configuration of 3 Power BI Servers, Template Design, Power Bi Mobile enablement.
