Realtime BI Dashboard Development

I'm looking for a freelancer with extensive experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Oracle Database. Your task will be to develop a comprehensive BI dashboard that pulls data from an Oracle Database in real-time.
Specifically, the dashboard needs to:
- Connect with Oracle Databases and retrieve comprehensive data reliably.
- Display a variety of data, including, but not limited to, sales figures, customer demographics, and inventory levels.
- Update the displayed data in real-time to ensure that we always have the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Ability to work speedily without compromising on quality is a must. Prior experience with Oracle Database is crucial. Please share your past work samples or portfolio if available.
