Questionnaire on Microsoft Power Apps

I need to develop a questionnaire on MS Power Apps, where every question decides the following one.
for example;
Are you a male or a female?
if the answer is male then a relevant question to males will appear next (a question tree, based on each answer another question will be asked).
Once submitted, a report will be generated with all the chosen options, and a recommendation will be provided based on these choices.
