About the Project
We're supporting a public-sector client on a Power BI dashboard modernization initiative focused on infrastructure, utilities, and capital-project performance reporting.

We’re seeking a senior Power BI developer (5 + years of experience) who can transform operational and financial data into intuitive, accurate, and executive-ready dashboards.

Scope Summary
- Build internal and public-facing dashboards in Power BI Service.
- Integrate and model data from Excel, Word, and ERP exports.
- Design accessible, branded visuals aligned with the client’s transparency goals.
- Optimize data models, Power Query, and DAX for performance.
- Implement automated refresh and publish workflows.
- Deliver full documentation, user guides, and brief training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of professional Power BI experience (end-to-end delivery).
- Proven mastery of data modeling, Power Query, and DAX optimization.
- Prior success delivering executive or public-sector dashboards.
- Strong communication and documentation discipline.
- Familiarity with ERP data extracts (Tyler Technologies) a plus.
