We are seeking a skilled freelance data analyst with expertise in Power BI to develop an interactive, professional report based on our historical sales dataset. The goal is to create a couple of insightful dashboards to support cross-departmental decision-making.

We request a PowerBI analysis of historical data from 4 separate tables (customer, orders, payments and items), the analysis should focus in 2 main areas: demographics and sales operations. See detailed requirements below.

Requirements:
A PowerBI (.pbix) with at least 2 dashboards:
1- Demographics dashboard:
- At least 3 visualizations
- Interactive filters and slicers for dynamic data exploration

2- Sales operations dashboard:
- At least 3 visualizations
- As well include filters or slicers to make them dynamic

3- If additional relevant insights are found in the data please include them in a third page.

Notes: All sales data is based out a Brazilian ecommerce chain. Please also provide a separate file (PDF or Word) with a brief explanation if there was data cleaning, or if data had to be modified or transformed.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop for creating interactive reports
- Strong DAX knowledge for custom calculations and KPIs
- Experience with sales data analysis
- Ability to design clear, actionable, and visually appealing dashboards
