Power BI summary Report

I want to build a summary report in Power BI showing business achievements against the target. The report should include
1) - a count of RED rated business indicators (business performance indicators below target)
2) - a count of business with more than 5 RED rated,
3) - a count of businesses with> 5 RED Rated indicators>=10RED rated indicators
4) - a count of businesses with > 10 RED Rated indicators
Tables with the data will be provided
