Power BI specialist - Connect to Google Cloud Postgres DB

Hello,
I have never connected to a G Cloud Postgres DB and although I followed many guides it does not work.
I need someone to guide me via screenshare and help me connect to my dummy database and explain some oncepts here. You should have done it already and don't try to waste my time going through online guides yourself.
What I have done so far. Create a postgres database with public key.
Installed NPGSQL
Tried to connect using power bi Postgres connector with IP and db name, root user and pass.
Always get same error message: Details: "An error happened while reading data from the provider:
Time is of the essence you must be available tomorrow.
!!!!IMPORTANT: in order to be considered, start your application with the word "postgres"
