Power BI help Month Sort & YoY

Hi, I’m looking for a Power BI expert to help me fix a couple of issues in my existing report. This is more of a consulting / guidance request than a full project.
I’m currently stuck on:
Sorting months chronologically
I tried using month numbers and other approaches, but the visual still doesn’t sort correctly (Jan–Dec).
Need help setting up proper month sorting in the visuals (e.g., line chart, matrix, etc.).
Calculating YoY% in a Matrix visual
I want to show Year-over-Year % change in a matrix.
Need help with the correct DAX measure and how to display it properly in the matrix.
This should be a quick task (around 30 minutes for an experienced Power BI developer).
I just need someone to jump on a call, look at my file, explain the logic, and help fix it so I can continue on my own.
