Power BI 3D Warehouse Modeling
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Seeking a freelancer with 8+ years in data visualization and 3D modeling, expert in Power BI (including 3DBI), SketchUp, and Excel-to-3D warehouse integration. Portfolio must include a 3D inventory dashboard or similar logistics project. Preliminary Planning: Register product details (weights, volumes, arrival dates) and create a 3D warehouse plan (in millimeters) for package allocation.
Shipping/Receiving: Label packages with barcodes and codes post-production, scan during loading, and track via FOB/CIF terms with reports.
Warehouse Management: Scan packages on entry, log locations in a 3D model (targeting 3DBI), account for rack weight/height/fragility, and visualize relocations.
Dispatch: Scan packages on exit, update the 3D model/database, and record hotel delivery/installation.
Specific Requirements:
Database: Build a pre-production database (furniture codes, dimensions, weight, hotel room codes) linked to barcodes, with batch-updated statuses (e.g., production, transit, delivered) and reports.
3D Model: Use SketchUp and 3DBI to model a 120m x 50m warehouse (aisles, racks, shelves) with three areas: pre-production/transit, exact warehouse locations (semi-auto assigned by weight/height), and dispatched products. 3DBI should suggest locations/relocations for supervisor approval.
Changes/Incidents: System must propose relocation options with 3D “before/after” views.
Integration: Relies on Excel (no WMS/ERP), using Power BI + 3DBI with role-based permissions.
Modeling Services: Basic CAD layout exists; open to SketchUp modeling by the team, seeking cost estimates.
