Power BI Top-Sellers Dashboard

I need a concise Power BI dashboard that zeroes in on our top-selling products. The core visual should be a bar chart that automatically ranks products by sales value and refreshes whenever the user changes the time-period slicer (month, quarter, year).

The e-commerce dataset is already in Excel and includes order date, product name, category, units, revenue and profit, so you can focus on modelling and clear visual storytelling rather than heavy data cleaning. Please build the necessary DAX measures for total sales, units sold and profit, keep the layout minimalist, and rely only on native Power BI visuals so the report stays lightweight for SharePoint embedding.

Deliverables
• A single-page .pbix file that contains:
– Ranked bar chart of top-selling products
– Time-period slicer controlling the chart
• Brief hand-off notes describing the data model, measures and any custom DAX

Acceptance criteria
– Selecting any time period instantly reorders the bar chart
– Tooltips reveal sales, units and profit for each product
– No performance lag when published to the Power BI service

Once the file passes these checks, the project is complete and ready for my sales team to use immediately.
