Power BI Setup & Financial Dashboards and reports
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced Power BI specialist to stand up our reporting environment, model the data, and deliver interactive dashboards. The main focus is clear, executive-ready financial reporting, but I also want to keep a close eye on daily operations.
Primary objectives
• Build finance dashboards for P&L, cash-flow, and variance analysis
• Monitor inventory levels with restocking alerts
• Track employee performance KPIs
• Surface production metrics and a simple fulfilment-prediction view
Scope of work
– Configure the Power BI workspace, data gateway, and role-based security
– Shape a clean star-schema model using Power Query and DAX best practices
– Design at least three drill-through dashboards (Finance, Operations, Forecast) with intuitive slicers and conditional formatting
– Optimise performance and ensure refresh schedules run reliably
– Hand over a concise user guide and a walk-through session so my team can maintain and extend the solution
