Power BI Sales and operation Dashboard Build
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a SQL Server instance that holds all of our sales data, and I’d like a concise yet insightful Power BI report built directly from that source. You’ll get a read-only database connection string; no flat files are involved, so please be comfortable shaping data through Power Query and writing DAX measures on live connections.
The scope is focused: create a single report page (or a compact workbook, if you prefer) that highlights key revenue, volume, and trend indicators, with slicers for date ranges and product categories. I’m looking for crisp visuals—bar/line combos, top-N tables, perhaps a quick KPI card—nothing overly flashy, just clear analytics my team can act on.
Acceptance criteria
• The report refreshes successfully from SQL Server without manual tweaks.
• Core measures (total sales, YoY growth, average order value) calculate correctly against spot-checked records.
• Interaction remains smooth when users filter by date, region, or product.
• The .pbix file is handed over fully unlocked so we can extend it later.
