Power BI Sales Dashboard Setup

I have sales data stored in Excel and I’d like a straightforward Power BI dashboard that lets me and my team see, at a glance, how we’re performing. The core focus is on two metrics—Sales Revenue and Product Performance—so the visuals should make trends and outliers pop without overwhelming the viewer.

Here’s what I need:
• Connect my Excel sheets to Power BI and set up any basic data cleansing or relationships required.
• Build an interactive report with essential visuals (bar, line, pie, or similar) plus slicers and simple drill-downs so users can filter by date, product, or region.
• Apply clear, business-friendly formatting and tooltips so the insights are easy to interpret.
• Provide the finished .pbix file and a brief note (one-pager is fine) explaining how to refresh the data and tweak filters if we add new fields later.

This is a focused, first-pass dashboard—no elaborate DAX models or premium features right now. If it meets expectations, I may expand the scope in a follow-up phase, but for this round I’m after a solid, clean starting point that turns raw numbers into quick decisions.
