Power BI Reports for Operational Metrics

I need a US BASED seasoned Power BI developer who can help me create insightful reports to monitor our operational performance.
Power Bi Specialist to create custom reports from our web based CRM, Karbon HQ.
Karbon already has a snowflake integration to create the PowerBi connection. Karbon offers standard reports already but they don't offer customizations as a service and suggested we work with an outside contractor to assist.
Karbon's Power Bi reporting team will communicate with the contractor to explain the current data automation.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Power BI and creating operational reports.
- Proficiency in working with Cloud Services data sources.
