Power BI Report Implementation

I already have a clean CSV that summarises each state’s performance and a step-by-step roadmap that sketches out every page of the dashboard, including which visuals should sit where. What I need now is an experienced Power BI user to turn that blueprint into a fully-functioning report focused on Customer Satisfaction.
You will import the data, create any necessary relationships, and build the DAX measures outlined in my roadmap so that satisfaction scores can be sliced by state and any other attributes present in the file. The roadmap also notes the exact chart types, so you can follow it without guessing—though I’m happy to hear suggestions if you see a clearer way to present something.
Final deliverable: a polished, interactive .pbix file that opens cleanly, refreshes from the original CSV without errors, and mirrors the layout and metrics in the roadmap. Once that’s in place I’ll handle publishing to the Power BI Service, so no gateway or workspace work is required on your end.
