Power Bi Report / Dashboard Development
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
Starting with a blank canvas I am looking for a partner to develop and create a report / dashboard in Power Bi (PBI) that tells a story. I currently use excel based reports (VBA) for my clients and would like to transition across to PBI as my preferred means of reporting. In the past I have tried (with help) duplicating these reports in PBI but it is not effective so hence the “blank canvas” statement at the start of my scope.
It must be easy for the user to navigate the report (page navigation) and should be easy enough that there is really no need for them to “ask how” to navigate through the report. That being said if a report needs to be broken down to various reports that can also be done, I am open to creativity and design, which I honestly lack. Using custom visuals in the creation of the report is no issue if needed, Info River, Profit Base, Zebra Bi etc.
Experience in setting up and publishing the report on Power BI Service with all associated security protocols in place will be considered an advantage If you have a passion for excel and Power BI, understanding and experience in accounting principals (variance, trends analysis) and can make a report that tells a "story" please get in touch. As previously stated this is an opportunity for someone to "partner" with me on this journey and may lead to along term “partnership” with ongoing report maintenance.
