Power BI Quality Dashboard Build

I have several Excel workbooks that hold our monthly quality and membership data. I need a single Power BI report that pulls from those files and turns the raw numbers into an at-a-glance dashboard for three focus areas:

• Quality Performance – highlight current-month compliance rates and any supporting “gaps and measures” metrics we define together
• Gaps & Measures – drill-downs that surface performance gaps so leadership can trace root causes quickly
• Member Roster Status – a visual snapshot of which members are active, pending, or inactive this month

All visuals should refresh automatically when the underlying Excel files are updated and allow filtering by month, team, and location. Clean, executive-friendly styling is important, but accuracy and fast refreshes matter even more.

Deliverables
1. A fully functioning .pbix file with all DAX calculations, visuals, and slicers configured
2. A brief hand-off note (or short Loom video) explaining data connections and how to refresh/extend the model

Acceptance criteria
• Compliance rate card and trend line match source Excel totals for the month
• Performance gap visuals correctly flag any variance above thresholds we’ll agree on
• Member roster table updates after a manual Excel data refresh without additional edits in Power BI
