I will create one Power BI report template that includes data for 15 companies in a single report.

The report will be simple, clean, and professional, with a modern design.

We will also use Microsoft Power Automate to automate report refresh and sharing.

Company selection using a slicer/dropdown

30% of the data is the same across all asset classes

2. Power Automate Integration

Using Microsoft Power Automate to:

Automatically refresh the report

Send scheduled email reports (PDF)

Trigger updates when new data is uploaded

This reduces manual work and makes the process efficient.
