Power BI Monitoring & Evaluation Analytics

Job ID: 39969038

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need a partner who can turn raw survey, sales, and operational records into clear insight for our monitoring & evaluation work. The core platform will be Power BI, and I expect three layers of analysis: descriptive summaries for quick status checks, predictive modelling to flag future trends, and comparative views that let us benchmark across locations, time-periods, or product lines.

You will receive data in mixed formats—SPSS exports, Excel workbooks, even the odd Access table—so fluency in cleaning and reshaping across those tools is essential before everything flows into the Power BI model.

Deliverables
• An interactive Power BI dashboard with slicers and drill-downs covering the full M&E indicator suite
• A short technical note (PDF or Word) that explains data assumptions, DAX logic, and refresh steps
• The final PBIX file plus any SQL/Power Query scripts so we can rerun the process in-house

Acceptance criteria
• All indicators match the definitions I supply and recalculate correctly when new data are appended
• Visuals load in under five seconds on standard hardware
• Forecast accuracy for key metrics beats a naïve baseline by at least 10 %

If you have questions about the schema or need sample files up front, just let me know—I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
