Power BI Management Dashboard Creation

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design and develop a new executive dashboard for our business operations.

Scope of Work

1. Connect Power BI to an existing SQL Database.
2. Extract and model data required for dashboard reporting.
3. Develop an executive-level Power BI dashboard with KPI cards, tables, charts, and trend analysis.
4. Implement automated data refresh from the SQL database.
5. Develop functionality to support manual KPI updates for selected metrics that are not available in the database.
6. Design an intuitive and professional dashboard layout suitable for management reporting.
7. Optimize dashboard performance and usability.

Data Sources

* Primary Source: SQL Database
* Secondary Source: Manual KPI Input (certain KPIs maintained manually and must be incorporated into reporting)
