Power BI KPI & Finance Dashboard

I have weekly data coming from a SQL database as well as several Excel workbooks and I need a single, polished Power BI dashboard that will pull everything together. The core objectives are clear: track the organisation’s KPIs, generate concise financial reports, and make it easy to drill into customer-level insights.

You’ll connect to both data sources, model them so they relate cleanly, and design visuals that highlight trends and exceptions without overwhelming the viewer. A scheduled refresh once a week is essential so the numbers stay current with no manual intervention.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A Power BI report (PBIX) wired to the SQL and Excel sources, with relationships, measures, and calculated columns fully documented.
• A main dashboard page that surfaces headline KPIs, revenue metrics, and customer behaviour snapshots, plus secondary pages for deeper financial and customer analysis.
• A refresh schedule set up (or clear instructions) so the dataset updates automatically each week.
• Brief hand-over notes or a recorded walkthrough explaining the data model and any custom DAX used.
