Power BI KPI Dashboard

I have a set of daily-exported CSV files containing our work-order history and a customer-approved KPI sheet. I need a Power BI dashboard that quickly flags every work order drifting outside its KPIs so our technical help desk can react at once.

Scope of work
1. Connect the recurring CSV drop (same schema each day) to Power BI and build a simple refresh routine for daily updates.
2. Model the data so each work order is automatically measured against the target values in the KPI sheet.
3. Design the visual pages listed above, with conditional formatting or colour cues that surface any breaches.
4. Add basic slicers (date range, site, priority) to help the help-desk team focus.
5. Package the .pbix file and a short hand-off note explaining how to swap in the next day’s CSVs and update the KPI table if targets change.
