Create a test JIRA project with sample data (including handling backdated data as feasible)
Pull data using JIRA REST API (no PowerBI/JIRA plugins)
Extract basic sprint and issue data
Prepare data model in PowerBI
Create basic visuals:
Project / sprint progress (bar charts)
Basic sprint burndown chart
Deliver PBIX file
Support to help you configure and test in your environment
Purpose: Internal POC to prove it works and save your time
UI: Simple, not fancy
Timeline: Tuesday (with flexibility)
Nothing beyond this is included.
Note-remember i mentioned, creating test data is not an easy thing especially if you need backdated data..
