Power BI Interactive Pane Setup

Requirements:
- A menu icon that, when clicked, makes a pane slide from the side.
- An 'X' button to close the pane.
- The pane should contain two buttons laid out in a horizontal row.
- Each button opens another pane with multiple slicers.
