Power BI Income Statement Insights
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I need an experienced Power BI professional to turn my income-statement data into clear, actionable financial insights. The goal is to dig deep into revenue streams, expenses, and profit margins so I can see exactly what is driving performance and where costs can be trimmed.
You will receive the raw statements in the format you prefer, and you’ll build an interactive Power BI report that lets me filter by period, drill down to account level, and instantly compare trends. Strong data-modeling skills and confident DAX use are essential; I want clean relationships, well-labeled measures, and fast-loading visuals.
Deliverables
• Fully-functional .pbix file with dynamic dashboards covering revenue streams, expenses, and profit margins
• Any custom DAX formulas clearly documented inside the model
• A brief walkthrough video or live session showing how to refresh data and adjust filters
Acceptance Criteria
The report must refresh without error against sample data I provide, all figures must reconcile to the original statements, and each key metric (revenue, expense categories, gross and net margin) must update correctly when slicers are applied.
