Power BI Historic Timeline Dashboard
Budget: $20 – $30 USD
I have a structured dataset that records each employee’s placement history across our units, complete with start- and end-dates. I need this information transformed into an interactive timeline dashboard in Power BI so I can instantly see where someone has served, how long each stint lasted, and how their moves stack up over time.
Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• Searchbar to find employee's name
• A clear, scrollable timeline or Gantt-style view that lists every unit assignment in chronological order.
• Automatic calculation of the exact duration spent in each unit and totals per employee.
• Filters that let me drill down by employee, unit, year, or any other relevant attribute already present in the data.
• Clean, branded visuals that I can publish to our Power BI Service workspace without extra configuration.
I will provide the placement history table and any supporting lookup sheets; you build the model, create the visuals, and deliver a .pbix file ready for refresh against future updates.
