Power BI Expert for Reporting Modernisation

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Power BI professional to help rebuild and modernise our current reporting structure.

The ideal candidate will:
- Design and build impactful Power BI reports and dashboards
- Analyse our existing reports and recommend improvements (monthly client reports)
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices for data visualisation and client-facing reporting
- Help us drive deeper business insights and value for our clients
- Offer documentation or handover support for future maintainability

Requirements:
-Proven experience building Power BI reports for businesses or clients
- Strong understanding of DAX, data modelling, and visualisation
- Ability to explain complex data in a simple, client-friendly manner
- Experience with modern BI strategies and dashboard design
- Based in Australia (Sydney preferred) or able to work in AEST timezone

Preferred:
-Experience in consulting or working with service-based organisations
-Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly
