Power BI Expert Needed for Data Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Power BI professional to take on a large-scale data analytics project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex business intelligence solutions using Power BI, with strong expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and advanced DAX.
The project involves integrating large datasets, creating interactive dashboards, and delivering insightful visual reports for business decision-making. We need someone who is not only technically proficient but also has a deep understanding of business operations and KPIs.
Project Scope:
1. Data Integration: Connect multiple data sources (databases, cloud storage, APIs) into Power BI.
2. Data Modeling: Build scalable and optimized data models to support comprehensive reporting.
3. Interactive Dashboards: Develop intuitive, dynamic, and interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights.
4. Advanced DAX Calculations: Apply advanced DAX formulas to meet complex reporting requirements.
5. KPI Tracking: Develop performance dashboards with business KPIs for tracking sales, marketing, and operational performance.
6. Security & User Roles: Implement row-level security and user-specific access controls within Power BI.
7. Automation: Set up scheduled data refreshes and automate report distribution to various stakeholders.
8. Performance Optimization: Ensure optimized performance for loading, querying, and refreshing large datasets.
Key Deliverables:
1. Power BI Dashboards: Fully functional and optimized dashboards for various departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.).
2. Documentation: Detailed documentation on data models, DAX formulas, and report navigation for end users.
