Power BI Engagement Dashboard
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need an interactive Power BI dashboard built from Excel/CSV exports that I’ll provide. The sole focus is customer engagement, so the model and visuals should surface churn, retention, active-user trends, session frequency, and any other insight you recommend for quickly reading engagement health.
You’ll connect the flat files, shape them in Power Query, build a clear data model, write the DAX needed for metrics and time intelligence, and design a clean, uncluttered layout that works on both desktop and the Power BI Service. The report must refresh seamlessly whenever I replace the source files and come with a short note explaining tables, relationships, and calculated measures so I can extend it later.
Deliverables:
• Finished .pbix file with the customer-engagement dashboard
• Instructions for refreshing with new Excel/CSV data
• Brief documentation of data model and key DAX formulas
