Power BI Employee Performance Dashboard
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 INR
I need an interactive Power BI dashboard that turns the raw data coming from our project-management tool into clear, actionable employee-performance insights. The goal is to track operational metrics such as task throughput, on-time delivery rate, average cycle time, and workload balance so team leads can spot bottlenecks and coach in real time.
You will connect directly to the project-management platform’s API or flat-file exports, build a clean data model, and write the DAX needed for accurate calculations and time-intelligent trends. Visuals should follow good UX practices—consistent colour palette, dynamic tooltips, and intuitive slicers—so non-technical managers can explore the numbers without guidance.
Deliverables:
• A fully functional .pbix file with data model, measures, and visuals
• Step-by-step connection instructions (or configured gateway) for refresh automation
• Brief video or PDF walkthrough highlighting key KPIs and how to navigate the report
Acceptance criteria: all metrics render correctly against a month of historical data; refresh completes without errors; and no hard-coded paths or credentials remain in the file.
