Power BI Employee KPI Dashboard
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a results-driven Power BI dashboard that pulls employee-performance data directly from our system through its REST API. Once connected, the report should refresh automatically and surface the KPIs I rely on every week—attendance and punctuality, sales targets achieved, plus a services-and-finance view that lets me drill from company-wide numbers down to individual staff.
I will give you API documentation, sample JSON, and the database fields that map to each metric. Your job is to build elegant visualisations, apply any required DAX calculations, and deliver a .pbix file that is ready to publish to the Power BI Service.

• Secure API connection with scheduled refresh
• Interactive report pages with slicers for date, department, and individual employee
• Clear visual cues (traffic-light indicators or similar) for target vs. actual performance
• Brief hand-off guide so my in-house analyst can tweak measures later
