I already have an Excel file filled with employee-performance data and a clear layout for how each page of the dashboard should look. Your task is to translate that structure into a polished Power BI report.
The finished dashboard needs to surface three core KPIs I have flagged: employee productivity, attendance rates, and project-completion rates. I expect to see each metric presented through a mix of visuals—bar, pie, line, or any other chart type that best tells the story—so long as the final result stays consistent with the mock-ups I will share.
Please build calculated measures, set up any needed relationships, and apply clean, business-ready formatting. At hand-off I want:
• A fully interactive .pbix file that refreshes smoothly from the supplied Excel sheet
• A short note (or call) walking me through where each KPI lives and how to update the data source in the future
