Power BI EXPERT advising

Hello, we are looking for an EXPERT Power BI advisor that can help advise when we get stuck. For example, questions we are looking to answer at the moment include:
- Does it make sense to have data flows separate from reports, in their own workspace? Or duplicated for each dependent report?
- How can we take time snapshots of data so users can 'go back in time' and see the numbers as of yesterday, last week, last month, etc.
- Why doe some of our data flows fail?
