Power BI & DeepSeek Dashboard
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I want a single executive-level dashboard built in Power BI and enhanced with DeepSeek AI so our leadership team can track performance at a glance. The focus is clear: show how we are doing on Sales Metrics, Customer Satisfaction, and Operational Efficiency without forcing the viewer to dig through multiple tabs or reports.
My data currently lands in a nightly batch process, so the model will need to ingest flat files on a schedule, transform them, and refresh the visuals automatically. While that is the first milestone, the architecture should remain flexible enough for later plug-ins to CRM, ERP, or even direct API feeds when we move to streaming data.
DeepSeek AI must sit on top of the model to provide natural-language Q&A and predictive commentary. I am particularly interested in automated insights—such as “sales dropped 4 % in the West region because the average deal size fell”—generated without manual slicing.
Deliverables
• A polished .pbix file with the data model, measures, and visuals ready for executive review
• Connection and refresh scripts (Power Query / M / DAX as appropriate) documented in-line
• DeepSeek AI integration set up and tested, including instructions for adding future datasets
• A brief deployment guide covering gateway configuration, scheduled refresh, and row-level security if needed
Acceptance
• All three KPI groups are visible on a single landing page with drill-through capability
• Visuals render in under three seconds on first load using the sample data provided
• DeepSeek responds accurately to at least ten ad-hoc questions we will supply during hand-off
Once these items are met and I can replicate the setup in our tenant, the project is complete.
