Power BI Dashboards (Gantt charts etc)

Initial requirement
I want to turn our raw operational data into an easy-to-read Power BI dashboard that zeroes in on workflow performance. The data is imported from excel file

Future Requirement
All tables already live in Google BigQuery, so experience with the Power BI ↔ BigQuery connector—or at least solid SQL skills for BigQuery—will speed things up
Here’s what I need:

• Connect to the existing BigQuery tables (or the extracts I’ll provide)
• Publish the finished report to the Power BI Service and configure user access.

Deliverables
A fully documented .pbix file with all DAX measures.


Acceptance criteria (Not immediate requirement)
– All numbers reconcile with the underlying BigQuery queries.
