Power BI Dashboard for Manufacturing OEE

I am seeking an experienced Power BI developer to create an interactive dashboard that tracks Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and key production KPIs for multiple manufacturing lines. The dashboard should provide both high-level overviews and detailed drill-downs by shift, machine, and production order, focusing on Quality as a critical component of OEE.

Key Requirements:
- Connect to SQL Server-based MES data
- Design a data model supporting OEE components, including Availability, Performance, and Quality
- Include analysis of downtime reasons and comparison of production targets versus actuals
- Develop dynamic visuals, with a focus on Daily/Weekly/Monthly OEE Trends
- Ensure the dashboard is user-friendly and allows for detailed insights into machine-level performance and operator efficiency

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in Power BI, particularly with industrial or manufacturing data
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- In-depth understanding of OEE metrics and factory KPIs
- Experience with DAX and creating dynamic, insightful visuals
- Ability to deliver the project within 7 days
