I need a Power BI dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of hospital operations, focusing on the following key areas:

Surgeons and Surgeries:

List of surgeons with total surgeries performed

Type of surgeries and outcomes

Monthly/weekly performance metrics

Supporting Staff:

Details of nurses and other OT staff assigned per surgery

Staff availability and workload

Operation Theatres (OT):

OT occupancy and utilization rate

Scheduling and downtime analysis

Data Insights & Visuals:

KPIs such as average surgery duration, success rate, and staff-to-surgery ratio

Interactive filters (by date, surgeon, department, etc.)
