Power BI Dashboard Update

I have an existing three-page Power BI dashboard that tracks my consulting company’s performance through bar and pie charts fed by a series of Excel workbooks. Right now one of those workbooks is not feeding all the data, so I need you to trace where the mismatch occurs— and correct it so the figures on every visual reflect the source exactly.

Once that is stable, I also need the dashboard extended to cover the current fiscal year. I’ll supply a new Excel file that is the same format as the previous ones. I will also supply a fresh set of employee performance metrics. The new data must sit seamlessly alongside the previous years, with slicers and existing visuals behaving as before. If the model structure needs tweaks to accommodate the added metrics, build them in and keep the report layout consistent.

Then we will build new displays that show the breakdown of individual consultant performance. This data is already in the excel files, but needs to be extracted and displayed. Main displays - Total projects, total income, individual consultants financial performance against their target for each quarter/year

Deliverables:
• Clean, correctly updating visuals for the current year
• Integration of the next-year Excel file, including employee performance metrics
• Verification that bar and pie charts across all three pages refresh accurately from both years’ data
• Updated chart elements on individual consulting performance
• A brief note outlining any model or DAX changes made so I can maintain it going forward

Power BI Desktop, DAX and solid Excel data handling skills are essential. Once the .pbix file is updated and tested, I’ll will need guidance on how to publish it on my side. I am unsure of the location of the current .pbix file
