Hi There, i am looking for a Power BI Desktop and Pro expert to build some real cool dashboards for our KPO . This will be a short term project. Some one with good understanding of KPO industry is advantageous. I just need one single dashboard which gives a clear insight about:
1. Agent or associate wise performance
2. TL Wise performance
3. Program wise performance
4. Location / Region wise performance
5. Country wide performance.
All KPIs or KRAs should be part of these dashboards for a one page review of performance and key metrics.
