Power BI Dashboard & Data Cleaning -- 2

I need a data-savvy freelancer to take my raw customer data and turn it into an interactive Power BI dashboard that highlights behaviour patterns and key KPIs. You’ll start by removing duplicates, handling all missing values, and standardising every date, currency, and categorical field so the model is rock-solid.

Once the data is tidy, build a visually engaging report in Power BI with slicers, drill-throughs, and clear storytelling visuals that make it easy for stakeholders to explore churn rates, lifetime value, and segment performance on their own. Feel free to use Excel, SQL queries, or Python scripts during prep—as long as the final PBIX file connects cleanly to the revised dataset and refreshes without errors.

Deliverables:
• Cleaned dataset (same format as supplied)
• PBIX file with interactive dashboard focused on customer behaviour analysis
• Short hand-off video or doc explaining data model, measures, and how to refresh
